Cooking Up Resilience with Family Mealtimes

Ingredients 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1 tablespoon cold water 3 teaspoons canola oil, divided 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 garlic clove, minced 3 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 package
